Calling All Volunteers!

+BOX is looking for volunteers to join our team and support food insecure children and families in communities across North County! 


+BOX offers a few different volunteer opportunities, but we're best known for our weekly Pack Out events. Pack Outs bring together a team of volunteers and +BOX staff members to assemble and pack up boxes with healthy whole foods for food insecure students and families in our community.

Volunteer Opportunities

Pack Outs

Pack Outs bring together a team of volunteers to assemble and pack up boxes with healthy whole foods for food insecure students and families in our community. Pack Outs take place four times each week, Mondays through Wednesdays. Registration is required.

Nutrition Couriers

+BOX Nutrition Couriers will pick up and deliver up to 25 boxes of fresh, healthy, nutrient rich foods to our school distribution partners in Solana Beach on Wednesday afternoon(s). Nutrition Courier shifts begin at 12:30 with delivery by 2:00pm.

Pack Out Managers

+BOX Pack Out Managers will lead one of our weekly volunteer Pack Out events. +BOX will train you to lead the event, provide direction to volunteers, and ensure a successful Pack Out. You also get to choose the playlist!
