+BOX (Wednesday) Pack Outs
Join the +BOX team in our Carlsbad warehouse to support +BOX Pack Outs, where we assemble and fill 150 boxes with four full servings of healthy, nutrient rich food for food insecure students and their families in Vista Unified School District.

About the event
+BOX Pack Out events are an opportunity for volunteers to support our community by assembling and packing boxes with fresh, healthy, nutrient rich food for distribution to food insecure students and their families at different school sites throughout North County. Pack Out events begin promptly at 4:00pm and last between 1 hour and 90 minutes, depending on the number of boxes being prepared. Volunteers will assemble boxes, pack them with fresh fruits, vegetables, and legumes, seal them and load them into our truck for delivery the next morning. We do our best to provide an enjoyable experience for every volunteer (our Volunteer Coordinator likes to jam classic rock) in our Carlsbad warehouse while we prepare nutritious produce boxes for our food insecure neighbors.
Plenty of free parking is available in front of our office/warehouse, which is located on the South end of the Carlsbad Gateway Center complex.
